Join us again at NYIG Manhattan for the 4th New York State Go Championship! Open to all ages and levels, with thousands in cash prizes and trophies across divisions—including a $1,200 top prize. We’ll also crown the 2026 Open and Youth State Champions.
Play one day or both. Registration closes April 8 (cap: 120 players). Register by March 31 for discounted entry.

The Eastern Youth Open is a premier and exciting 4-round open Go tournament designed for young players of all skill levels under the age of 18. Taking place on June 7, 2025, this event provides a unique opportunity for youth to engage in a formal, high-standard competition within a welcoming and supportive environment
The New York Youth Open (NYYO) is a 4-round open youth tournament for players of all levels under the age of 18. Having started in 2019, the NYYO provides an opportunity for young players to play in a high-standard formal tournament. The top six players in each division will receive trophies, medals, and certificates.

The Central Park Go Festival aims to celebrate and promote the ancient game of Go. This festival will bring together Go enthusiasts from all levels, from beginners to expert players, and provide a platform for learning, competing, and enjoying the rich cultural heritage associated with the game. The festival will feature tournaments, workshops, lectures, and hand-on experience, making it a comprehensive and engaging experience for all attendees.
Registration to attend the annual U.S. Go Conference with NYIG is now open. US Go Congress is also called the Go World Expo in North America. The number of participants are in the high hundreds every year, with various top Go players attending nation-wide. In-person Go Congress returned in 2022 and continues in 2024!

10-Year Reunion in NYC with $1200 Prize\nThe events include the Open Tournament, New York State Open Championship, New York Youth Championship with a maximum of 140 seats. Besides the main tournament games, we will also host evening events like Pair Go, Crazy Go, 9X9 and 13X13 Tournaments.
